As a certified Positive Intelligence Coach, I offer mental fitness training for individuals as part of my coaching programmes and for teams when I am working with an organisation.
What’s included?
A 7 week programme using app-based material and weekly calls hosted by me.
Access to the app for a whole year, allowing you to deepen your practice and learn how to apply what you’ve learned at work and in your personal life.
After the foundation programme:
with individuals: we shift pace to a more self-directed approach which we can agree together depending on what kind of programme you are doing.
with teams: we continue to have check-ins on a regular basis to embed the learnings and continue to make progress towards the desired outcomes. Typical before and after metrics we might look at are: reduction in sick leave and attrition, improvement in key performance indicators and employee satisfaction scores.
What results will I see?
You may start the programme intending to focus on one specific area, but the chances are you will notice improvements in all 3 important areas:
Your performance improves: you find it easier to focus. To find your flow. Most of us have learned “no pain, no gain”. You start to understand that this is a saboteur lie.
Your relationships improve: family, friends and colleagues start to notice a difference. You find it much easier to deal with “difficult” people.
You feel better: You feel happier, less anxious, and take more pleasure in simple things.
When teams do the programme together, in addition to improvements in the desired outcomes we’ve identified at the start, you notice that they develop a common language and it brings them closer together. Until now, this has been difficult to achieve in global teams, especially in a post-COVID world with so much remote-working.
